After attending this workshop you will understand the record-keeping requirements that you must comply with as a small business owner as well as the areas of compliance you must maintain and how to do so to best protect your business and your employees.
You'll learn how to navigate through sticky employee / employer situations; performance issues, leaves of absence, how to help employees transition out of your organization, how to handle compensation, references, unemployment, workplace injuries and much, much more.
If you're like most small business owners, there isn't room in your budget to hire a human resources person, much less a consultant.
