She currently has thriving e-commerce shops on both Etsy and eBay, representing her physical store in Caspar. Profit Mastery workshop combines easy to understand concepts with real-world experience to give business owners and advisors the skills and tools they need to immediately improved financial performance. This two part workshop series consists of hands-on classroom activities and presentation designed for the highest comprehension and retention.

In Profit Mastery you will determine and evaluate the current financial position of a case study business utilizing industry benchmarks and formulas. Using the Road Map, you will gain the tools to chart a course for the future of your business. After this workshop, you will leave with a process to assess the performance of your business and a strategy to implement change.


In this workshop you will learn:

  • How to manage your cash flow, make better financial decisions, and develop a plan to grow your business

  • Identify causes of financial distress and how to cure them

  • Use specific tools you can apply immediately to improve the financial health of your business

  • ATTENTION CPA: This course provides you with 12 hours of CE

Each participant receives a resource workbook containing all of the worksheets for the course so they may complete the same financial review and analysis as demonstrated in the case studies. Participation in this course you will leave with you with a process to assess the performance of your business and a strategy to implement change.

Instructor: Kevin Williams has over 25 years of leadership experience in Fortune 100 companies. As a founder and managing partner of FutureDecisions LLC, he spent nine years working primarily with non-profit organizations, government agencies and the private sector, consulting on career planning, strategic planning, and leadership coaching. At the West Business Development Center, his areas of expertise include human resources, operational issues, and marketing and general business dynamics. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the position, founded in his years in large corporations and running his own successful business.

Instructor: Steve Lamb has worked with West Business Development Center clients since 2012.  Steve brings over 20 years of experience in management and operations in the telecommunications industry and has owned his own company, the Interview Team. Steve’s particular areas of expertise include strategic and tactical planning, budgeting and financial analysis, project development and management, and creating and maintaining positive relationships with governmental and regulatory agencies.
