Both Stephen O’Mara and Julia Siderakis have over 50 years combined experience in the entrepreneurial spirit of owning and operating significant and prosperous businesses. As they have gradually retired from those businesses, they have integrated their expertise into the West Business Development Center as advisors, board members, and workshop leaders. In more recent years, instruction in the career and business programs at Mendocino Community College have welcomed their vast knowledge into their course offerings, certificate, and degree programs.
