This two-day workshop covers the brass tacks of cash flow, money management, points of financial distress and solutions for each of them. You will go from Profit Mystery to Profit Mastery by the end of the two days, and walk away with a set of tools you can implement in your business right away.
Hands-on classroom participation and activities, a take-home workbook and a specific roadmap are just some of the learning and takeaways you’ll get from this class. Certified accountants will receive 12 hours of Continuing Education credits for attending.
